Description

Cumbria Forum invites you to join our Masterclass with Will Butler-Adams (OBE), CEO of Brompton Bikes on Tuesday 18th September.

Brimming with energy and big ideas, the boss of Brompton Bicycle and Brompton Bike Hire Will Butler-Adams (OBE) will share his vision focussing on innovation and growth.

As Britain’s biggest bike producer, the London made Brompton brand has been steered to new heights with Will at the handle-bars. Combining expert engineering and genuine passion for their ‘urban transport solutions’, the company designs, produces and distributes over 45,000 folding bikes each year from their UK factory in Brentford; with 75% of the bike parts are designed in house and over 50% are manufactured on site.

The talk will encapsulate the ethos of Brompton and what has driven their growth over the last 15 years, including manufacturing, export, strategy and of course technology and innovation.

Will’s insights from leading one of the most innovative and rapidly growing companies in the UK will give you not just the inspiration, but also some practical ideas of how you can innovate to drive your own company’s performance.
